Blue Boho Polymer Star Earrings

It feels like it has been a while since I shared some rustic polymer clay pieces.
So here are these sweet little boho star earrings.

They combine three of my favorite elements: silk, rustic polymer, and steel wire.

The silk softens the whole piece.

I would wear these...

Would you?

Blues with a touch of Sparkle Polymer Clay Wrap Bracelet

One of the things I love about polymer clay is playing with finishes.

Currently I prefer plain white clay that I can color and change.

This may change as I was looking at my clay supply and I have lots of color.

I may begin experimenting with it soon.

Today I wanted to share this sparkly little wrap bracelet.

The beads were dyed to color.

Some were rubbed with mica powders.

Then they were dipped in Varathane and rolled or dipped in fine glitter.

Once dry, I redipped them in Varathane to hold the glitter on.

I love the effect and the glitter does not seem to come off all over everything.

How fabulous is that?

Blue and Pink Wrap Bracelet

I wanted to share an easy peasy polymer bead wrap bracelet today.

Pinks and blues and waxed linen and steel findings.

Simple as that.

It's a wrap bracelet.

My favorite.

Pink Set

I showed some pink pieces before here.

They were outside my comfort zone/normal style.

Today I will show you some pink pieces that are more like me.

A bit more bohemian and rustic.

The components such as waxed linen cord, steel findings and recycled silk strips give very feminine pink beads a bohemian edge.

These are pieces for the girly gypsy.

I made them for the same magazine challenge.

They were not chosen.

That is ok.

That means I get to either wear them or sell them.

Here is the fun triple strand bracelet.

I like the braided silk strand.

It adds a softness to the piece.

One of my polymer beads in the focal.

I love the bracelet most of all.

I wear a lot of scarves, but not a lot of necklaces.

I do wear bracelets though.

I think this one is headed right for my wrist.
